"Siempre Azul" is the name of the tapa that La Botica has created for the XII Zahara Tuna Route. It is a proposal that aims not only to offer us its gastronomic offer, but also to connect with the experience of arriving in our town following the path of the blue sea, the summer sky and the colour of calm and tranquillity.
The tapa is based on the star product; the black loin of red tuna cooked at low temperature, which can be enjoyed accompanied by a carrot cream, celery mayonnaise, beetroot vinaigrette and pickled red onion, among other preparations.
The XII Tuna Route will be held in Zahara from 17 to 22 May 2022.
