We are pleased to announce that our INIZIO tapa has been the most voted through the Tuna Route 2023 App.
We have sold 3,500 tapas and we are proud to know that our elaboration has been widely recognized by the people who have tasted it and have let us know so.
On the other hand, our colleague Antonio Molina has been distinguished with the second prize in the category of best waiter. One more year at the top of the podium and another recognition to add to his awards for best waiter that he treasures from other editions.
From the INIZIO this has been a team effort and therefore it only remains to congratulate all those who have been involved in this route and thank all the "ruteros" who have come to La Botica to taste a piece of our tradition.
